  • Patent Agents: If you purchase the LLM + Patent Agent tier, we share your contact and molecule information with referred patent agents.
  • Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Railway), AI services (OpenAI) to provide the Service.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

Generated patent documents are available for download immediately after creation. We retain job data for 30 days to allow re-downloads. Payment records are retained as required for tax and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure cloud infrastructure
  • Limited access to personal data
