Overview

All refund requests for Lexy services are evaluated and granted at the sole discretion of HairDAO Association ("HairDAO"). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that HairDAO reserves the right to approve, deny, or partially fulfill any refund request.

Free Tier (Template Mode)

The free tier has no cost and therefore no refunds apply.

LLM-Assisted Tier ($9.99)

Refund Policy: Refunds for this tier are granted at HairDAO's sole discretion. Partial refunds may be awarded depending on the circumstances.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email bakst@hairdao.xyz
  2. Include your payment receipt or transaction ID
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request

Factors We May Consider:

  • Time elapsed since purchase
  • Whether the document was successfully generated and downloaded
  • Technical issues encountered during generation
  • Accuracy of information provided by the user

LLM + Patent Agent Tier ($499.99)

Refund Policy: Refunds for this tier are granted at HairDAO's sole discretion. Partial refunds may be awarded based on the stage of service delivery.

Factors We May Consider:

  • Whether a patent agent introduction has been made
  • The extent of services already rendered
  • Time elapsed since purchase

Partial Refunds

HairDAO may, at its sole discretion, issue partial refunds when circumstances warrant. The amount of any partial refund will be determined by HairDAO based on the specific situation and services rendered.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent document generation (server errors, payment processed but no document received), please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.

Final Decision

All refund decisions made by HairDAO are final. By using our services, you agree that HairDAO has complete discretion over refund requests and that no refund is guaranteed.

Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
